Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which vary by country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted if customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are not paid. If these charges are declined, the shipment is either abandoned or returned by the carrier, and unfortunately we are unable to process a return or refund in such cases.
